Notes about 2019 version.
- Office 2019 does include all features of Office 365, plus improved inking features (pen/tablet interface)
- OneNote is still 2016 and optional with Office 2019, as in the near future it will become a default Windows 10 app, apart from Office suite.
- Office 2019 will be the last version. It will be supported for a shorter time than previous Office version (still at least 5 years). After it, only Office 365 will be available – which has the same apps but with a perpetual subscription, not buy-once-for-lifetime license, but annual subscription. Everybody is doing this, it’s an interesting topic and you can watch an interesting video about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lTKuQQegNTs

Hi THOP, Sorry but did my comment not go through? Is it pending? I do not see it. I need help and I typed a lot of detail and do not want to lose it but I did not get an e-mail or anything
the .dat file is the main thing (most of the size), probably the files that got extracted were all stored in the first archive (so succeeded), while the dat is scattered among all the other archives. That means that one of the archives is corrupted, check the file size are all the same except the last archive, and try to see when the extraction stops so you can know which archive is corrupted and might have to redownload. My winrar works well and it shows you the progress with the archive name it’s currently extracting from.
Corrupt File or Wrong Password errors?? “thehouseofportable.com” seems to work for the archive except extracting office.dat keeps failing and Only that file! FAQ point 2 did not fix the issue. I have already tried both WinRAR and even 7-Zip. Even your WinRAR 5.8 Portable fails with the same error. So I am stuck now. Super frustrating. I even tried the old password “thop+thop” but of course that did not work. Please help
thanks
