This is a multi-package portable. I can add updates/plugins via .svm files, just request plugins or notify me about new updates.

how do u update OpenGL? Esri needs OpenGL 4.1 in order to run and I can’t run it because it says my OpenGL is in 3.1.0

Missing one archive with Esri CityEngine 2016 Portable – third archive!
I cannot unpack the program after download.
Add a third archive to the downloads!
parts are only 2, make sure you downloaded correctly and use latest winrar to extract and not some 7z crap

I have downloaded both files and are unpacking archives with WinRAR 5.80
It’s asking for a third archive! Unfortunately, I can ‘t add a scrum here.
Try unpacking yourself, or make a new backup.
I just downloaded both files from turbobit and extracted (2 files) with no problems

Yep exclude it it’s safe, doesnt even need admin rights so cant harm. I suggest you to upgrade to w10 pro, often solves the problem. You can buy pro license on ebay for just 3$
