Note: some plugins may not be compatible with latest portable, some were made for 2019, some for 2020 etc. Look at release date of plugin and portable: if plugin date is after between two portable dates, then it's guaranteed working on that one. It may not work on portables made after that date, especially if major update. Maybe try and let me know so I update compatibility.

Known issues:
CC 2019 Suite activation method completely changed from previous years. Patched versions are out, but they still have some minor issues. (even install version, it's not a portable issue!) For Photoshop CC 2019:
Home screen doesn't load (loads forever). I'm sure you can live without it, opening or creating any file you want through menus :) - I already disabled Home in settings.fixed in v20.0.5-6-7, Home screen now works. For Photoshop 2020:Home screen doesn't load again in v21.0.1, ignore it and just use menus to open/create files. Will hopefully be fixed in future builds.fixed in v21.0.2+, all works, also Luminar as a plugin with no problems.Portable features:
- No installation required
- No Admin rights needed
- Pre-activated
- 100% Offline, completely safe to use, no firewall needed
- Sandbox folder containing modified settings, delete to reset
- Just run it and enjoy!
Note: Setup 2020+ is disabled on W7, but Portable 2020+ works in W7! But remember that Microsoft ended win7 support on 14 January 2020 so it's dangerous to use, please update to w10.

Been using for 6 months and has been working fine. Just updated windows and this popped up 30 min into working into a design.
Should I try to remove the integrity service from the files? Uninstall and reinstall? Or is it simply just something to be patched?

Hi ! I just downloaded this version of Photoshop but I have a problem.
When I zoom in an image, the brush tool in photoshop most of the times moves the canvas around instead of painting.
I have an old Wacom tablet that never had these issues with my previous versions of Photoshop(2017).
Does anyone have the same problem? Is this related to this release..?

I have the same problem, dunno what’s it related to…. =( if you try to draw horizontally it draws, while vertically or diagonally it scrolls (if I remember correctly) so I usually start drawing the mark horizontally for a couple pixels in order to make it work. Still, kinda sucks tho =(
I looked around a bit and found that it’s related to Windows Ink, this was issue that was introduce by a Microsoft windows patch around year 2018, but soon after a huge outcry from all the photoshop user they fixed with patch later on, but mean while photoshop community users created a work around that fixed the problem, by adding line # Use WinTab UseSystemStylus 0 in PSUserConfig.txt then copying this config in \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Adobe Photoshop CC **** Settings\. This line tells photoshop to use wintab driver instead of windows ink also you had to disable it from wacom… Read more »
whoa, what a story. Yes adobe is the most widely used but many agree that’s a bit unfortunate, many better alternatives are available out there, it’s just hard to change from our longlasting default
I have found the solution, finally it was just missing one small detail. I have mentioned all the details in my previous comment as of time of writing it is still waiting for approval. So hope you can see it. Well all you have to do is disable windows ink in wacom pen mapping properties, uncheck the box and now create a file name “PSUserConfig” (Note: do not use .txt extension, this one was the reason that config was not working) now add this line to that file; # Use WinTab UseSystemStylus 0 save as “PSUserConfig” and put this file… Read more »
Now save as “PSUserConfig”. previous comment put all code in single line, so correcting it. using # means comment so be careful how the lines are placed.

Hi, i got the portable version to work on a laptop. However on my main computer the app wont open. It just briefly has the loading cursor and then nothing happens. The usual window of the house of portable doesnt come up and the program doesnt launch. Windows is all up to date and all redistributables are installed. Any idea what i can do to make it work?
