Note: some plugins may not be compatible with latest portable, some were made for 2019, some for 2020 etc. Look at release date of plugin and portable: if plugin date is after between two portable dates, then it's guaranteed working on that one. It may not work on portables made after that date, especially if major update. Maybe try and let me know so I update compatibility.

Known issues:
CC 2019 Suite activation method completely changed from previous years. Patched versions are out, but they still have some minor issues. (even install version, it's not a portable issue!) For Photoshop CC 2019:
Home screen doesn't load (loads forever). I'm sure you can live without it, opening or creating any file you want through menus :) - I already disabled Home in settings.fixed in v20.0.5-6-7, Home screen now works. For Photoshop 2020:Home screen doesn't load again in v21.0.1, ignore it and just use menus to open/create files. Will hopefully be fixed in future builds.fixed in v21.0.2+, all works, also Luminar as a plugin with no problems.Portable features:
- No installation required
- No Admin rights needed
- Pre-activated
- 100% Offline, completely safe to use, no firewall needed
- Sandbox folder containing modified settings, delete to reset
- Just run it and enjoy!
Note: Setup 2020+ is disabled on W7, but Portable 2020+ works in W7! But remember that Microsoft ended win7 support on 14 January 2020 so it's dangerous to use, please update to w10.

To remove it, the portable must be rebuilt from source, so I can actually create one, but it’s a private paid request since it’s for 1 person only

what do you mean? the splash image doesn’t slow up the opening of the program at all, and also you can close it with a click on it

i had the same error…try downloading that particular driver externally and paste it in C drive windows System 32 or 64 , restart . Problem solved

Hello Admin… I did upgrade my SO to W10 x64 and since last version of Photoshop I am getting BSOD -Blue Screen- The error is IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
I have tried all kind of solutions to this problem, but nothing helps! I did change the scratch disk from C disk which is a SSD unit to a HDD which is a data disk plenty of space…
This has happened only with the latest version of Photoshop, the previous versions did not show this problem. Thank you for your advise!
That is very strange indeed. Did you try the older Ps20 versions with your new os and all is good, while with latest 21.1 you get bsod? or you just tried latest and got bsod without checking old ones?

I might try an older version of PS with W10 -my newer OS- and I would let you know. However, the idea is take advantage of the new functions that the latest version has… Thanks a lot 👍
Oh didnt get you were on w7. That is never guaranteed to work on w7 so great it did – but on w10 there should be no problems, especially if you stay updated (current is 1909)
Thank you Admin. My main OS is W10x64 with the latest updates. Last night I tried updating all drivers. However, the blue screen happened again with the very same error: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL Although, Illustrator worked perfectly. Maybe next version of Photophop would be better, and I might wait. Your work is excellent, and all I have is gratitude for your generosity. 👍

Lots of people have problems with the newest Photoshop versions. Maybe it’s a problem from Adobe on how they programmed something. It seems that there is a problem affecting those who have dual graphics card for laptops usually Intel and Nvidia. I have this same problem as well. When trying to Rasterize something inside Photoshop it crashes, also when trying to Open a new file and press cancel it crashes again.
I also have integrated intel + nvidia 1050ti and it’s all fine I use it everyday to create the pics you see and stuff
I formatted my pc and installed a custom modded version of Windows Enterprise and Photoshop works fine now, (I had Windows Home genuine installed before) but I have a problem with the PDF Element crashing at certain pdfs now. XD

Installed Portable version on my Surface Pro 4, and it is working perfectly. Then installed same on my Lenovo All-in-One. It launches normally, but I can’t open any file. The File Open dialogue just seems to hang indefinitely, with a circular cursor. Your previous PS2020 version (Nov 2019) works perfectly on this PC.
Strange indeed, portables are a mystery. Maybe keep using the older version, it’s the same in the end.
Gradient tools only 1 pattern appears,couldn’t import and brush tools are limit couldn’t import too. Thanks

i’ve updated winrar to the latest version, but when I extract all the files on my PC, I get the following error (see pic)
Do NOT put it under program files since it’s a protected folder, keep it on desktop or documents or whatever.
if you really need to keep it there, running as admin should fix.
I have been trying to add a plug-in (Adobe Design to Print_1.2.1.zxp) but thus far am unable to do it! I have read your instructions in the grey box but no luck. also, I am noob which is part of the prob!
additionally the bridge svm isn’t working for me from photoshop2020 and i cant sign into adobe online thru ps2020.

Topaz plugins(your .svm file) are not working with the latest version of Photoshop CC on Windows 10 Enterprise ver 1909. Athentech , however, is working perfectly. Thank you for this great work.
