Note: some plugins may not be compatible with latest portable, some were made for 2019, some for 2020 etc. Look at release date of plugin and portable: if plugin date is after between two portable dates, then it's guaranteed working on that one. It may not work on portables made after that date, especially if major update. Maybe try and let me know so I update compatibility.

Known issues:
CC 2019 Suite activation method completely changed from previous years. Patched versions are out, but they still have some minor issues. (even install version, it's not a portable issue!) For Photoshop CC 2019:
Home screen doesn't load (loads forever). I'm sure you can live without it, opening or creating any file you want through menus :) - I already disabled Home in settings.fixed in v20.0.5-6-7, Home screen now works. For Photoshop 2020:Home screen doesn't load again in v21.0.1, ignore it and just use menus to open/create files. Will hopefully be fixed in future builds.fixed in v21.0.2+, all works, also Luminar as a plugin with no problems.Portable features:
- No installation required

- 100% Offline, completely safe to use, no firewall needed
- Sandbox folder containing modified settings, delete to reset

Hello! I downloaded the latest portable version (v21.1.0.106) today. I opened it and Bitdefender found a virus in one of generated Sandbox file. The mentioned file is Sandbox\Adobe Photoshop 2020\local\modified\@PROGRAMFILES@\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Required\Plug-ins\Extensions\NGLEmp.8bx and apparently it’s infected with Gen:Variant.Razy.578083. The executable file is clean and PS launches and saves files properly, but Bitdefender quarantined the file and a function might be missing because of this. Is there any possibility that it could really be infected and what functions is the file responsible for? I wanted to ask before whitelisting it.
It’s clean and .8bx file is just a Ps plugin, what can it do? I guess that plugin is the new one included in the 3pack did you download that one?

Yes it should be compatible with all 21.x. It’s major releases that change compatibility, usually just because they change folder names in program files
Hi admin ! Thanks for all these releases. I just have 1 issue. Some apps that i download, i can extract them etc. but then, when i try to open the setup, it just doesn’t open. No error, no nothing, simple doesn’t open. This photoshop portable is one of the examples. I am using windows 10 64 bits and i tried to download 2020 (v21.0.3.91) version, and the one from 2018. Would appreciate some help, thanks !
You said setup, but do you actually mean setup or portable? What exact w10 version are you using? The 2020 should definitely work without problems, while 2018 is an older build and to make it work on new updates you have to do this

32bit photoshop doesn’t exist anymore (latest is 2018 and I made it) and arm will maybe be supported by portables in year 3000 😀

you mean sandbox getting bigger? you can delete it anytime and portable settings will reset, maybe that helps from time to time.
I suggest you a program like ‘SpaceSniffer’ to can your C: drive and see what’s taking most space, it visualizes folders based on size, so maybe you see something big that can be deleted.
Also if you need unlimited cloud space I’m selling it for very cheap on Google Drive, that may help saving some space isn’t it? check contact page 😉
In the version I downloaded I don’t know when I had a preset error file, and a persistent Could not open filexyz.abc because of a program error it happens so often that makes the program unusable.
So be sure to full check the portable by opening different files in different files format before dismissing it as working release.

Hello. with 2020 v21.0.3 portable release and W10 the aplication just block on home screen. when i open an image with photoshop the image open up but then the aplication block again. cant use the menus or anything else.
that is strange since I use it everyday to make portable pics you see up here. What os version are you on?
In case others are wondering, v21.1 will not work properly on Win7. It loads, but when you attempt to do anything with a photo it either does weird uncontrollable things or just crashes. Yes THOP, we know that Microsoft has ended support for Win7, but some us refuse to upgrade to Win10. Win10 actually has more security holes than Win7 has ever had. I see you have been hard at work my friend producing many new portables. I’m surprised you buried Photoshop v21.1 so far down in the list.
Dear, I don’t decide to make apps work or not on w7, I make them always in the same way with the same method, if they work on my w10 I publish, can’t guarantee functionality on all systems in the world, portables are imperfect by nature. I made Ps 21.0 and 21.1 in the exact same steps, if the new one doesn’t work then they changed something on their side

It most definitely was not a complaint against you, your work, or your methods of producing portables. However, I will offer yet another suggestion. That being, since you call for us to make comments on only the latest version, why then do you post new comments at the bottom instead of the more appropriate top??? In my case, it appears you have randomly stuffed it where no one would look for comments re: v21.1.

you have to install bot x86 and x64 versions of vcr2015. Also check another solution in faq page with svm file and no installations.
For some context; I just tried the setup version, select and mask and all the other good stuff doesn’t cause any crashes on this version, only the portable.
Obviously first of all a quick thank you very much ;3 However, i’ve been having an issue with the portable version (Haven’t yet tried setup version) where every time i try to select and mask, after making my adjustments, weather i click accept to apply the corrections or even cancel, it crashes my Photoshop. The same thing happens when i try to use the pop-up content aware fill, the generic non-configurable content aware fill works fine, it’s only when i use the pop-up version where i can adjust the selected areas and such. is it 21.0.2? that is strange I’ll test more also in install version but maybe it’s a crash of the portable, maybe try 21.0.1 to see if it’s good, because .2 seems to have some more issues
