This is a multi-package portable.
I can add updates/plugins via .svm files, just request plugins or notify me about new updates.

- PDFelement 7.4.5 Portable.exe = main program and data file
- pdfelement_ocr.svm  =  optional data file for v7.x to include OCR functionality

Just run it and enjoy!
- About online: all seems to work, you can even download OCR pack and enable it, will 'install' inside the portable and instantly work (it will download ~400 MB and Sandbox folder will become ~1 GB).
- If something goes wrong: you can delete sandbox folder to reset it, then block with firewall, then run it again and all will be good.
- You can now also add OCR pack through .svm file provided below, instead of directly adding it from app
