Do I have to block any adobe domain / specific domain?
Nope, with Adobe softwares and most of my latest programs (except those that need internet) have the connection blocked from inside (proxied to 0.0.0.0:80) so they can’t access internet whatever you do 🙂 they think they’re completely offline
Does Adobe Dynamic Link work say, for example, to open the Premiere project in Speedgrade?
Nevermind. Just found out that they Adobe dropped link to Speedgrade in CC 2015.3
yup 🙂 anyway Dynamic Link actually works between portables and other Adobes! A user reported that. I think that’s amazing, never thought a thing like that could ever work through portabilization 👍

yep you can! Just add your plugin files to (appdir)\Sandbox\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017\local\modified\@PROGRAMFILES@\Adobe\Premiere Pro CC 2017\ You will recognize in this folder something that resembles the normal Program Files dir in C drive. Just put your stuff in the right folder as you would normally do, and the portable will see the files at the next startup!

I make all portables in english, but sometimes they let you choose language or they work with the system language. Not even all Adobe’s softwares work that way, most do remain in english. But Premiere works like that… I don’t know sorry! You can always change your system language, if you’re used to everything in english… Or maybe google for a tool that let you trick certain programs to run located in a certain country 🙂
