- Adobe Premiere Pro 2026 Portable.exe = main data file and program (~1.6 GB for v25.0; v25.3 package is larger because it bundles english STT and MediaIntelligence)
- pr_stt_XX.svm = Speech To Text package for XX language (you can use multiple at once) — available: English, Italian, Chinese (cmn), Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Hindi; on request: Cantonese, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish

Portable will start in your system language 🙂
If you want to force English, there are 2 ways:
- (1.) (thanks sramisliwa): Create new project / press CTRL + F12 / in new floating window “console”… click over the triple bars on right side of name ‘console’ (will open console menu) / on console menu… choose DEBUG DATABASE VIEW / change ApplicationLanguage input text to -> en_EN / Restart premiere and it will be in English 😀
- (2.) keep the "pr23_force_english.svm" file in the same location as the main exe file (this file is included in the archive, or you can get it here: 2023: english / 2025: english italian chinese / 2026 here)
🧩 Addons & Plugins
This is a multi-package portable. Plugins/addons/extensions/presets/brushes/etc can be added in two ways:
• via .svm files (managed by me), put in the same folder as main exe.
• via 'normal files' (managed by you), put under sandbox folder.

v2026 released - new comments should refer to latest versionHy, I tried to transcribe a video but even though I had the respective language .smv file in the same folder as the .exe (and the video was in the language my system has) the transcription wouldn’t work and adobe would try to download the needed transcription file
hi, it means that the svm was not recognized. make sure the app is completely closed before running it again, so it can load the new file. try to rename/delete sandbox (if you can, it means the app is closed), or try with a reboot. Also make sure you are keeping everything in a normal user folder, like Desktop or Documents, and not special folders like programfiles.
i downloaded the premier pro but it wasn’t running, can anyone help me fix the problem.

hi, you just have to extract the files from part1, it will automatically use all the parts it needs. Everything is explained more in FAQ page too, as you confirmed you read by the comment rules…
stilll getting the same error you, do you have a video that shows the installation processs
after extracting part 1, i saw a “Set-up.exe”. when i click on it, it does not do anything, the cursor only changes to spinner and returns back to cursor. i extracted part 2, it replaced all the file extracted from part 1. i extracted part 3, it extract, but does not extract the “adobe premier pro 2025 portable.exe”. i checked the error and it shows this: ERROR MESSAGE!!! ! No, everything is explained in detail in faq page, I spend a lot of time detailing everything out for you. It is simple, you dont need a video. Just use latest winrar, first extract everything from part1 ONLY, then run. I am repeating the faq page, please go read it with more details.

hi, all languages are already included in the package. The app will start in your system language, so Windows must be in chinese. If you still need to force chinese version, please write me an email.

unfortunately Premiere does not allow to choose the language in the preferences, like it happens in Pr or Lr. I sent you by email a file to try.

Hi, first of all thank you so much for making this program portable, i just tried the new Photoshop and works great, no for Premiere Pro i’m testing and seems to be working ok, only thing is that for example, the addons that are installed in “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions” for example Premiere Gal Toolkit, Drag and Drop Pro, or Autokroma with Influx that accepts most codecs that usually adobe can’t handle, i see them loaded but when i try to open they never open. Hi, those are protected folders so there might be some issues for a ‘foreign’ app in accessing those. Ideally a plugin for my portables should be made as a svm file. If you send me the plugin files and tell me their exact locations, i can try to pack it. 🙂
Have you tried: in the Effects panel, the three lines menu in top right, Manage Video Effects, are they present there?
