This is a multi-package portable. I can add updates/plugins via .svm files, just request plugins or notify me about new updates.

- Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 Portable.exe = main data file and program (~1.6 GB) - pr_stt_XX.svm = Speech To Text package for XX language (you can use multiple at once) - available: English, Italian, Chinese (cmn), Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Hindi / available on request: cantonese, dutch, norwegian, swedish, danish

Multilanguage version! All available languages included. Portable will start in your system language :)
If you want to force English, there are 2 ways: - (1.) (thanks sramisliwa): Create new project / press CTRL + F12 / in new floating window “console”… click over the triple bars on right side of name ‘console’ (will open console menu) / on console menu… choose DEBUG DATABASE VIEW / change ApplicationLanguage input text to -> en_EN / Restart premiere and it will be in English :D - (2.) keep the "pr23_force_english.svm" file in the same location as the main exe file (this file is included in the archive, or you can get it here: 2023)
⚠️ The latest portable has been rebuilt in order to fix a new problem happening on the latest Win11 24H2, make sure you are downloading the new archives with the name ending in 'h2'

v2025 released (24H2 fixed) - new comments should refer to latest versionI come to download the new one (2025) bcs the 2024 doesn’t work anymore bcs of the adobe genuine manager… It want to uninstall adobe acrobat after 5 days if no true license, i have already tried to repatch but nothing happens

hi, all languages are already included in the package. The app will start in your system language, so Windows must be in chinese. If you still need to force chinese version, please write me an email.
I’m sorry, my system language is Chinese by default, but I don’t see the Chinese language option in the software settings,i will send email to you
unfortunately Premiere does not allow to choose the language in the preferences, like it happens in Pr or Lr. I sent you by email a file to try.
Hi, first of all thank you so much for making this program portable, i just tried the new Photoshop and works great, no for Premiere Pro i’m testing and seems to be working ok, only thing is that for example, the addons that are installed in “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions” for example Premiere Gal Toolkit, Drag and Drop Pro, or Autokroma with Influx that accepts most codecs that usually adobe can’t handle, i see them loaded but when i try to open they never open. Is the re a workaround for the addons that goes in “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions”, i successfully… Read more »
Hi, those are protected folders so there might be some issues for a ‘foreign’ app in accessing those. Ideally a plugin for my portables should be made as a svm file. If you send me the plugin files and tell me their exact locations, i can try to pack it. 🙂
Have you tried: in the Effects panel, the three lines menu in top right, Manage Video Effects, are they present there?
No, this kind of plugins you must run it from Windows/Extensions, i’ll show you a picture, the only one that loads from there with i try to run it is Film Impact Dashboard but it doesn’t let you apply the effects, and in the other Premiere i use i can use them perfectly. https://postimg.cc/vDT5h9Zc Oh and in the last message the patch is “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions” but i think it missed a \ but still in the txt file instructions is present too so no problem, you can check it there too.
