This is a multi-package portable. I can add updates/plugins via .svm files, just request plugins or notify me about new updates.

- Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 Portable.exe = main data file and program (~1.6 GB) - pr_stt_XX.svm = Speech To Text package for XX language (you can use multiple at once) - available: English, Italian, Chinese (cmn), Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Hindi / available on request: cantonese, dutch, norwegian, swedish, danish

If you want to force English, there are 2 ways: - (1.) (thanks sramisliwa): Create new project / press CTRL + F12 / in new floating window “console”… click over the triple bars on right side of name ‘console’ (will open console menu) / on console menu… choose DEBUG DATABASE VIEW / change ApplicationLanguage input text to -> en_EN / Restart premiere and it will be in English :D - (2.) keep the "pr23_force_english.svm" file in the same location as the main exe file (this file is included in the archive, or you can get it here: 2023: english / 2025: english italian chinese)
⚠️ The latest portable has been rebuilt in order to fix a new problem happening on the latest Win11 24H2, make sure you are downloading the new archives with the name ending in 'h2'

As I downloaded the software and everything was working fine, I cannot downlaod the media encoder. it says that the software installer has been damaged and I need to install it again. I tried to reinstall the installer from folder 1 several times but it keeps showing the same error. As a result, I can still create videos but I cannot render them.
Is there any solution to this?

Hey! I have downloaded the portable files and successfully extracted them. Then I ran the main file (Adobe Premiere Pro 2019 Portable.exe) by dragging it into your No-Admin.bat file that I downloaded. The first time I attempted to open the file, it created a folder (called data) and a .ini file (called LanguagePremiere.ini) but after these two things were created, nothing else happened. I tried to run it a second time, and nothing happened again. Then I opened task manager and then opened the application (premiere pro), and I saw premiere pro appear in the processes. uh strange it works well for me, did you try a normal admin run?
I don’t have admin perms, but when I ran it normally, the UAE or whatever it’s called prompted up (uae is the thing that asks you to put in a admin password)
Btw, the splash screen doesn’t even show

Any advances in premiere 2020 portable? I don’t care about the adobe upgrades, but your new svm style is better and having all of them in the same sandbox folder (even each one is it’s own sandbox) is really cool.
you already have 2019 svm version, it’s not ‘new style’ I make this for years, but in this case may not work best, it’s premiere fault, doesn’t like that mode much.
When I save a project, close down Premiere, open back up and try to find my project, it’s not there anymore
