This is a multi-package portable. I can add updates/plugins via .svm files, just request plugins or notify me about new updates.

If you want to force English, there are 2 ways: - (1.) (thanks sramisliwa): Create new project / press CTRL + F12 / in new floating window “console”… click over the triple bars on right side of name ‘console’ (will open console menu) / on console menu… choose DEBUG DATABASE VIEW / change ApplicationLanguage input text to -> en_EN / Restart premiere and it will be in English :D - (2.) keep the "pr23_force_english.svm" file in the same location as the main exe file (this file is included in the archive, or you can get it here: 2023: english / 2025: english italian chinese)
⚠️ The latest portable has been rebuilt in order to fix a new problem happening on the latest Win11 24H2, make sure you are downloading the new archives with the name ending in 'h2'

After unpacking and running the premiere EXE, my photoshop starts and quickly closes without running. Anyone know if this is a virus causing this.? Thanks

No, premiere runs fine. But when I try to start and run Photoshop it gets to the welcome screen and then shuts down and closes instantly.
Well your previous comment was far from clear 😂 it’s strange, try deleting Ps sandbox folder to reset it (open sandbox and delete ps folder) – what os are you on? w10 version?
Yes, 10. I tried resetting PS by holding shift/ctrl/alt while starting but that didnt work. Had to uninstall and reinstall to work. I just worry if my computer has been infected by a virus now.
there’s no virus in my stuff, I use it too, and doesn’t need admin rights. I asked what w10 version, so it’s a number like 1809/1903/1909… see settings
Says that the program can’t run without Msvcr100.dll

I can’t seem to run the Setup version of Premiere 2020, and when I tried to export the file from After Effects to Media Encoder thru the premiere project file, nothing came out after the render. I’m kinda lost right now at what to do, since I can’t send the file from After Effects to Media Encoder directly, since Media Encoder would just crash soon afterwards.

whoa this all looks like a mess, why can’t you ‘run’ the setup? Are you getting any error? Are you on win7?
I’m running in win10 and I have successfully installed Adobe Premiere. Whenever I export the file in after effects as a Premiere project file, after I have placed said file in queue in Media Encoder, I get a warning that said that not all the effects are going to be visible in the output, which is a lot, not to mention that the final output is just a black screen with music. When I load the exported file to Premiere, I get the same errors concerning the effects, stating that the effects would not be visible/applied to the project file.… Read more »

I’m using windows 10 pro, I used the portable versions of Adobe After Effects and Media Encoder, I installed your version of Adobe Premiere since the portable one that you and I have is a version from last year 2019 and can’t read the converted Adobe premiere project file made by After Effects of 2020.
I guss you can with 2019, why not? Anyway maybe try all installed, maybe it’s messing up with install/portable files
