portable works on w7 too! installation of 2020 is blocked but portable is ‘already installed’ so works.
Anyway, you can get 2019 in this page, under 2020 click ‘show older versions’
Also, they blocked w7 because it’s ten years old and will get discontinued on January 14, 2020 so it’s recommended to update to w10!

Does not start. The program start screen comes out, disappears and that’s it.

sorry for that. The adblock mechanism is made by a friend and is definitely not reliable, we’ll have to fix it soon. Anyway, even with the adblocker activated, everything can still be downloaded, the only difference is that links on my white-gray page take 5-6 seconds to load instead of 1-2 seconds. But after that, the download time for any file will be exactly the same since you’re probably downloading without a premium account on those websites. because it’s huge and so you can download more parts at once, you can choose different mirrors, just have all parts in the end and extract with winrar

which did you download? latest version 19.021 works perfectly, previous may have some issues on new w10 versions
