What does ‘Classic’ mean?
Lightroom CC is now known as Lightroom Classic CC. It is the traditional well-known Lightroom of past years, while Lightroom CC (not Classic) is a cloud-based version with a totally different target audience.
This is a multi-package portable. I can add updates/plugins via .svm files, just request plugins or notify me about new updates.
FILES:
- Adobe Lightroom Classic 2026 Portable.exe = main data file and program - Camera Raw package: already included in main data file. Not possible to use external .svm as in Lightroom its location is different than all other Adobes. - bridge.svm: includes latest Bridge program, launch it via File->Browse in Bridge - *.svm: other plugins available in this format, check Download table below

Note: Camera Raw is included. Lightroom is not compatible with my external updateable .svm camera raw, but works with all other svm files, like Bridge or other plugins.

Multilanguage version! All languages included, change in settings :) Available: English, deutsch, french, chinese, japanese, nederlands, italian, korean, portuguese, spanish, svenska, polish, russian, thai. (de_DE,en_US,es_ES,fr_FR,it_IT,ja_JP,ko_KR,nb_NO,nl_NL,pl_PL,pt_BR,ru_RU,sv_SE,th_TH,zh_CN,zh_TW)
Note: portable 2023 might start in German for some reason, but you can change it in settings as shown below (open with Ctrl+W)
Known issues:
2020 Suite just came out, first patched versions are out, but they still have some minor issues. (even install version, it's not a portable issue!)For Lightroom: v8.0 - "Develop" and "Map" module pages not working v8.2.1+ - pages fixed! v8.4.1 - (made with Thinapp, doesn't support svm) v9.1 - 2020 update, svm support, but Dev not working for now - incl. Camera Raw 12.1 v9.1 v2 - no svm support, Map and Dev working - incl. Camera Raw 12.1 v9.2 v2 - no svm support, Map and Dev working - incl. Camera Raw 12.2 2023+ - all good, svm support for plugins, incl. Camera RawPortable features:

Hi THOP, thank you so much for your work and time! It’s about the latest LrC Setup version, it works very well, but after a few minutes Adobe blocks the unlicensed application and redirects me to their website to download a genuine application after a 5-day trial period. After these 5 days, it automatically closes the software. The same thing happens with the latest Setup versions of InDesign and Photoshop 2025. Is there a solution? Thank you so much for your reply!
Yes, you forgot to complete the steps explained in the installation. You have to block Adobe hosts. Now you have to uninstall everything, go around the PC to clean any Adobe folder and registry key, then install again and block hosts.
…or, just use the portable version, which is already blocked internally and should work even if the installed ones give problems 😉

Installed lightroom 2025 (v14.0.1) portable, but when start lightroom, I get a message that there are license issues. I uninstalled and reinstalled but same issue. I’m using windows 11. How to solve the issue?
uninstall, clear everything from adobe files and registry, install again, and this time actually follow all instructions including blocking adobe hosts.
Or, if you use the portable, it should just work naturally, and it is offline already internally.
Please update for new version with adobe adaptive profile.

It’s not working for me. It’s not opening. It creates the Sandbox folder but then nothing. It’s not even running in the Task Manager. 🙁
please check the size of the exe you extracted. Use Winrar to extract. The Windows11 integrated stupid “extractor” just cuts the exe only from part1… lmk if this is the case.
that was it…!!! this time i used 7-zip to extract the exe file… so far, so good. i’ ve been trying this latest version for a couple of days. i had to correct some mistakes (after updating the catalog some label colors were changed to white), plus for some reason the first day or two the whole thing ran a bit slow, specially in the develop module, but after that things started flowing at regular speed….
