This is a multi-package portable. I can add updates/plugins via .svm files — request plugins or tell me about new updates.
Note: Plugins usually work across Photoshop versions unless stated otherwise, but age can break compatibility (e.g. a 2019 plugin on 2026). Compare plugin vs portable dates: if the plugin sits between two portable builds, it should match the newer of the pair; later major portables may break it — try and comment if you find a combo that works.

Other notes
Windows 7: Setup 2020+ is blocked on Win7, but Portable 2020+ still runs there. Microsoft ended Win7 support on 14 January 2020 — prefer Windows 10+.
Nano Banana Pro (2026): Community plugin — Nano Banana Pro is a custom plugin made by a user, it allows to use NBP as an alternative to Generative Fill (which you cannot use anyway without a subscription). It is not magically unlimited generations, you have to insert your API key, but Google gives $300 free credits you know... enjoy!

Portable – Stuck issues with Virtual Machine. No matter what version of WinRAR, no matter how much PS stats u got . it dont run.
Setup option, worked. i did all installation steps one by one .

Hi, it is not possible, and there is no way around that, it only works with an active license and online functionality, I’m sorry… You can use Firefly online for free, or other tools around.

Hi, sorry to bring bad news, but that’s exactly the problem. Portables on ARM are not a thing yet… you see, even the big Adobe is taking forever to create ARM versions of their apps, even despite ARM versions already exist for Mac. You may have heard that “Lightroom is now compatible with ARM”, but it is a totally different application that they rebuilt, it’s not like you can use the same installer on both architectures. And in the same way, you cannot use a portable on both x86 and ARM. And ARM Portables do not exist yet, at least… Read more »
First I’d like to say Many Thanks for all the portable version of Photoshop you’ve created for many years.
I have the “Win10 Anniversary error” bug/problem on all portable versions. My Win10 Pro machine is up to date but I can no longer run any portable copy from 2021 to current. (even after deleting all created folder and starting from scratch) I have no idea what change. All was working fine before summer of 2024.
That error is the weirdest and I still have to figure out why in the world it happens in some rare cases. By “current” do you also mean the latest 2025 releases that I made? Or which ones are giving the error exactly?

Unfortunately, for me, even the “h2” version hangs on the splash screen, on “initializing”.

Same here. I’ve read the FAQ 3 times, the release notes, and did some research. It looks like Turbo.net released a fix to the KB5046740 issue some time in December 2024 or earlier. Is that fix included in your release from December 3, 2024? I’m still hanging at “Initializing” unfortunately. I’ve tried manually running the newest Turbo Studio client, but couldn’t make it work with your portable package. Interestingly, the Windows 11 Event Viewer identifies the application version as “24.11.2.0”, is this expected? Anyway, thank you for your efforts and excellent applications. Buongiorno. Con Win11 24H2 x64 pulito e aggiornato, alla prima esecuzione crea regolarmente la cartella Sandbox, si apre l’immagine di apertura e rimane bloccato .Sono costretto a chiudere. Qualche idea? (Ho installati tutti i Visual C++Redist.)
Ciao, porta pazienza era un problema di tutti i portable nuovi sulla nuova versione di windows appunto 24H2. Sto ricaricando la versione fixata, controlla di scaricare il nuovo archivio terminante in ‘h2’ 🙂

I saw thes guys on Youtube, changing the UI colors of photoshop in a UIColors.txt file and I can’t seem to find it really. Is there a file like this and if not can I create one to make photoshop work with it. The whole point is to change my UI to somehting like on the picture.
The Grey Box explains it all. In the /Sandbox/ folder you can find all the modified files from the original exe I built. If that txt is not there, it means that it was not modified. But you can create it and fill it as you please, then restart the portable and it will load your new file.

I feel like there is just some internal error and I should just work wihtout colors, but I am still asking you. I tried doing this same purple color and photoshop, just started as normal.
