This is a multi-package portable. I can add updates/plugins via .svm files, just request plugins or notify me about new updates.
Files:
- Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 Portable.exe = main program and data file - ElementsOrganizer2020.svm = additional optional pack if you want to have Organizer app. Put both files in the same folder and run exe
Note: Organizer .svm pack is for portable version. For setup version it's included and will get automatically installed.

Thank you for making the package. Just a note to those who may have encountered the same problem as mine: The EXE alone won’t start properly on my Win10 machine – it starts but shows a blank window. I have to download and put the Organizer SVM with EXE to make the EXE work (even though I never intended to use Organizer).

First of all, thanks for this portable (I’m trying to make this on my own with Turbo Studio, but no luck so far).
Secondly, how can I make the Organizer pack to work with this? I’ve downloaded it and place it right in the same folder as this portable .exe. Do I have to something more? Cuz every time I click on the Organizer in the launcher or try to invoke it from inside the Editor, it says it’s “Loading the Elements Organizer Workspace”, but nothing happens.
make sure Ps is completely closed, if you can delete sandbox folder so you’re sure or reboot the pc, because it has to start again to read the svm file
Hello Thank you very much for the job done ! … really good ! Since the upgrade to windows 10 1903 from the previous version, PE 2019 portable crashes at startup .. any idea ? did you test it with this version of Windows 10 ?
I did not test, but it’s possible this update broke some portables, while other do still work, keep reporting and I’ll do my best to update those which don’t work

Sorry for this! Luckily it’s just a generic Windows library missing, just install “microsoft redistributable package 2015 x64 and it will be fixed 🙂

Thank you for clean this up. However, regarding your statement that no one has ever asked about this in 2 years, that’s totally incorrect. I recall someone called DesertFox asking about this quite some time ago. I got irritated about this and the .svm files with the latest Photoshop CC portable you produced. The Photoshop.exe file contained CameraRaw 10.5 as is. So, when the .svm files was added the result was that CameraRaw became 10.1. Same was true when adding the bridge .svm (labeled pack.svm as I recall). The result was that Bridge worked, but the CameraRaw version 10.5 (which… Read more »

Previously your instructions where to place any .svm file near the program file. Not sure what “near” is suppose
to mean, but now it appears you are telling us they should be placed in the sandbox link indicated. Is that
correct?
Sorry I thought it was clear 🙁 “Near’ means in the same folder, so exe file in the same folder as all svm files. As I don’t have much time to make svm packs for everybody, you can also add plugins manually to portable, by putting files into /Sandbox/… folder, but not svm files here, just normal files like installed version. For example, .aex plugin files for After Effects in /Support Files/Plug-ins folder.
