Languages:
Multilanguage version! All available languages included from version v19.021+. Finally ;) This release has two files: main big exe includes either English or English+Italian (check included "release note") - in the separate .svm file there are all other languages. You can delete the svm file if you don't use those languages, you will keep en/it only. Language is asked at first start, if not, you have to go to Preferences/Languages and change it. Note: svm also works for older portables but it may have some minor issues.

There is an issue when combining only images (.png, .jpeg) files into a single PDF where it just doesn’t work and results in an error.
it’s a strange file import error that happens in some cases, it works if you copy and paste the images with Ctrl+C/V (or clipboard import) instead of importing from file, sorry for that

Thanks a lot. I’m afraid the crack doesn’t work for me on the latest 2023 setup version. I’ve allowed to run in Windows, it runs and says it has cracked successfully and wishes me fun 🙂 … but… there’s no fun… I’m still asked to register for the 7 day trial still 🙁

I’m not sure what you downloaded, my adobes portable or setup have no crack…
Hmm… that’s worrying. The portable has no crack, agreed. But after mounting the .iso in the setup version, under the Adobe Acrobat Pro subfolder, is a ‘crack.exe’.

That’s a folder you don’t have to open since it all gets applied automatically, it’s a repack made for the ease of use of the final user. If you find issues you should uninstall the app completely and then make sure to delete these folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
Then install again from autoplay and nothing else.
“The issue might be that you are not using the Adobe Reader icon on your desktop. Please try using the portable file that you downloaded again. That way, you should not see the 7-day trial message.”

You have to go in the interface settings somewhere it says language, you can choose it there and then relaunch the portable

When I start the software It appears a window “Adobe Acrobat Protected Mode”. It Says “Adobe Acrobat cannot open in protected mode due to an incompatibility with your system configuration. Would you like to open Adobe Acrobat with protected Mode disabled?” I have 3 options 1- Open open With Protected Mode Disabled 2- Always open With Protected Mode Disabled 3- Do not open With Protected Mode Disabled As the fear possessed me : ) when I post the first comment here I tested with the option 3 and did not worked (Obviously). What the? There’s nothing portable about this installation. It’s 3 .rar files (not one). There’s no rationale reason if this was a legitimate portable app it can’t be downloaded in one file.
Additionally, no other credible website has Adobe Acrobat Reader as a portable app (and they have many different versions). Clearly. this is not worth the hassle. Just install the OEM full version from Adobe. The end.
This is Acrobat Pro, and it is quite bigger than the free Reader than you can get.
And please specify what exactly you personally mean by “portable”.

I’m getting an error when trying to Optimize Scanned Pages. After clicking “OK”, and error message pops up with “This operation is not allowed, since scanning is in progress.” Going through some posts in online forums for this issue, it turns out to be a bug, and that a patch was released with their version 20.009.20065. Is there a possible fix for your portable version (currently at 20.006.20034.39303)?

You release new versions faster than I check for updates LOL 😀 The new version works beautifully! And so optimizing scanned pages with OCR is super snappy! THANK YOU!!! Just for reference: Shortly after the House of Portable logo, I did get dialog for “AppContainer Incompatibility in Protected Mode” (see pic). According to the Adobe site, by default, Protected Mode is run at startup, and basically opens up Adobe in a sandbox with restricted functions. Thank you very much for the tip, however it does not enable the tools nor does it allow me to use the application containers, when I disable the protected startup mode it does not let me activate the “appContainer”.

I’m sorry I have no idea what you are talking about, I guess the app can only run in ‘non-protected’ mode because it has (of course) been modified, but i have no idea what that implies for the functionality, I guessed nothing since I’m using it normally, but i dont know wym by ‘the tools’ and the ‘appcontainer’
