New way of doing portables: separate .svm packages -useful for plugins & so: reduces main exe size that contains only the program, then you can download the plugin package only if you want it! -ability for me to release a small program update through these separate files, without having to make the whole thing form scratch for each update. → More updated portables and less unnecessary size!
This release includes: - main package: 1 exe file "Photoshop CC 2018 Portable.exe". - Bridge CC 2018 package (~700 Mb): optional .svm file, download if you want to use Bridge. Launch Bridge from inside main app (no standalone executable): use File -> Browse in Bridge. after extracted the .rar files the Photoshop CC 2018 (19.1.6) Portable.exe initializes but not loading
you might have w10v1903? if so just put exe on a usb key and run it from there, it strangely works.
If you don’t need 32bit, I suggest you to use Photoshop 2019 portable, it’s much better overall. (2019 only x64)
Yes, I also experience that error after update in w10v1903 so I’m running it on Flashdrive weird update..
Do you think the version above will work now with w10v1903?

yes always stay updated with portables because sometimes windows updates break them. so download photoshop 2020 portable

Ciao! Intanto grazie mille per il lavoro che fai. Ho scaricato il programma. Al primo avvio caricamento infinito. Secondo avvio, tempi di caricamento diminuiti ma in fase di inizializzazione mi dava errore in un file legato ai colori, non ricordo quale. Terzo e quarto avvio lenti ma funzionanti. Se non fosse che, alla chiusura del quarto avvio, l’exe è stato automaticamente eliminato. Ho cancellato tutto ed estratto nuovamente i file dal .rar ma il programma non si apre più, aprendo il task manager ho tre processi che pochi secondi dopo l’avvio si fermano a CPU 00 e Memoria virtuale 1.900kb… Read more »
Ciao, il ‘caricamento infinito è la welcome screen della quale parlo nel post, è un problema anche della versione installata, non va la welcome ma tutto il resto (aprire/creare/smanettare) funziona, semplicemente usa i menù. L’exe sarà stato eliminato da qualche av fastidioso, ma è un falso positivo, non è pulito, è offline e non richiede permessi di admin, non può nuocere. Non si cancella da solo… Che sistema operativo monti? Spero w10…

The portable.exe file I put with the *.svm files doesn’t recognize it.
I am unable to update the Camera raw from 10 – default = to version 11.
I am also unable to install the bridge 18.svm.

Sorry I replied you in other post (here). For camera raw version, I made a mistake in main release, I forgot to delete the little file that saves Camera Raw version that’s installed. In fact you can see its version even without any svm file, but in reality it is not included, it’s just showing version due do that file. But it’s just a little file, does not include all Raw files (~800 MB), which are included in the .svm file. I downloaded part 1 – 4 but they seem to have the same file.. do I have to just extract 1 part and delete the other 3?

You have to download all parts, then extract from first one – it will automatically extract from all parts (as long as they’re in the same folder), once extracted the exe files, you can launch it, and delete rar files 😉
I am old school photoshop user that still uses cs2.
Recently installed cs6 extended to try the 3d mode out but for some reason my version was not an extended one.
Many attempts downloading many different kinds of installs of newer photoshop never seemed to work.
So many hours of frustration and gigs of downloaded files are watsed just to get a version that will have 3d option.
All i want is to install a working version of photoshop with 3d option. Nothing seems easy anymore with adobe products.
I agree, 3D thing at that time was a nightmare. BUT after cs6 version, there’s no differentiation between Extended and Non-Extended version: Photoshop always has 3D feature and there’s no way to get it without 3D 🙂 So just download CC versions and you’re good to go! I suggest to download CC 2018 of this post, it’s super new, and I’m sure you will like all the little new features while still being similar to CS2 😉
